Why exercise?

Hello, my name is Elsie Mulanzi, a Supervisor working at the Vodacom Shop in Festival Mall, Kempton Park.
I’m proud to be one of the store ambassadors for Axtel Co’s #AxFIT Fundraising Initiative. My main reason for exercising is to keep fit and healthy but I have also found that regular exercise has had a positive impact on my overall work performance. On the days that I exercise I feel good about myself and tend to be more focused and energetic, in order to give my best at work. I’d recommend it to anyone. Personally, I really enjoy doing strength training, especially doing squats and abs, so if you're unsure that could be a good place to start.
I also love listening to music whilst exercising, to keep me motivated during my workouts. Which is why my Huawei P30 Pro is extra useful during my workouts.You can download and save a wide variety of playlists on your phone so that you have different music options depending on your mood for the day.
