Let's celebrate all the power women in our lives!!

Hello,

My name is Felicity Pono. In honour of #womensmonth and the fact that we get to celebrate all the #powerwomen in our lives, a few other ladies and I will be sharing some insights, tips and tricks in terms of business and working in the retail industry, with you, throughout the month of August. So, here goes...

I’m a Sales Consultant working at the Chatz Connect Store in Midstream Estates and have been a part of the Axtel Co family for about 4 years now.

I absolutely love working in retail, mainly because I get to interact and meet a diverse bunch of people. My favourite part of working at the Chatz Connect Store is being able to put a smile on each and every single customer's face, that enters our store, whether it’s because I get to provide them with a new device, assist them with solving a problem or concern, or even just make sure that they are happy with our service delivery.

What drives me most within the job that I’m in, is that I’m always striving to go above and beyond for my customers. The goal is to ensure that all of my customers feel valued, listened to and that they have been assisted in the best and most efficient ways possible.

I draw allot of inspiration from, Michelle Obama and would love to share one of my all-time favourite quotes from her: “Success isn’t about how much money you make, it’s about the difference you make in people’s lives”. I truly hope that we’d all be reminded of these wise words in whichever field we work in and that it would be carried over into our work environments, daily.
