Happy Women's Month!!

Hello,

My name is Mbali Mnguni, a Manager working at the Chatz Connect Store in Midstream Estates.

As you might have read in some of Axtel Co’s previous blog posts, August is #womensmonth and we certainly adore being able to celebrate all of the incredible ladies in our lives. We have, therefore, been sharing some of our very own Axtel Co ladies’ stories, with the hope that it would resonate and inspire you, just as much as it has us.

I’ve been a part of the Axtel Co family for about 8 years now and what a journey it’s been. I guess I can say that I’ve chosen the wholesale and retail industry as my field of choice as I view myself as a creative entrepreneur who loves a good challenge, and man, do we get faced with great challenges on a daily basis, having to tap into our creativity and ability to innovate in order to provide adequate solutions.

Some of my favourite things about my job is that I am constantly given the opportunity to offer excellent service by generating new strategic ways of thinking and the possibility to learn something new every day is just one of the added perks of being on the job.

I’m 100% committed to meet the daily, weekly and monthly targets set out for us and what drives me to reach these targets is finding new ways to problem solve or even better to be the reason that someone else smiles.

I often remind myself of this quote by Maya Angelou: “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, you do better”. May we never settle for anything less than becoming the best versions of ourselves.
